Muiris O’Dwyer
Muiris O’Dwyer is a co-founder of TopRiver Partners, holder of the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and is a Certified Bank Director with lengthy Board, Capital Markets, Governance (including Liquidity Risk Management) and Structured Finance experience. Muiris has had extensive interaction with the Central Bank of Ireland having been approved for several senior Pre-approved Control Function roles including Chief Operating Officer (PCF42) and interim CEO (PCF8) of Wells Fargo Bank International when he had specific accountability for Governance experience as part of the turnaround programme.
Muiris is a member of the Irish Fund Directors Association. In addition, Muiris has a MSc. in Investment, Treasury and Banking, and a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies degree.
Jonathan McKeown
Jonathan McKeown is a co-founder of TopRiver Partners, is a Certified Investment Funds Director and holder of the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
Jonathan is an internationally experienced Financial Markets Risk expert, having held Regulator Approved Investment Advisory roles at Director level at some of the world’s leading global institutions
Jonathan brings a number of key attributes to a board including Fund Governance best practice, top-rated ESG credentials, Leadership, Derivatives, Risk and Investments expertise.
Jonathan has over 25 years Financial Markets Sales and Distribution experience, is a derivatives expert in both OTC and Exchange Traded Derivatives. Jonathan is a member of the Irish Funds Directors Association.
Gráinne Dooley
Gráinne is a partner in TopRiver, an INED with 25 years experience in asset management, investment banking and financial services. Her economics and portfolio management background positions her to understand the challenges asset owners and managers are facing in an era of climate risk, zero interest rates and the demand for a renewed social contract.
Gráinne is a CFA Charter holder & a Certified Investment Fund Director. She is a member of the Irish Funds Directors Association and the Institute of Directors. She holds an MSc in Economics and a BA in Business and Economics.
