Muiris O’Dwyer

Muiris O’Dwyer is a co-founder of TopRiver Partners, holder of the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and is a Certified Bank Director with lengthy Board, Capital Markets, Governance (including Liquidity Risk Management) and Structured Finance experience.   Muiris has had extensive interaction with the Central Bank of Ireland having been approved for several senior Pre-approved Control Function roles including Chief Operating Officer (PCF42) and interim CEO (PCF8) of Wells Fargo Bank International when he had specific accountability for Governance experience as part of the turnaround programme.

Muiris is a member of the Irish Fund Directors Association.  In addition, Muiris has a MSc. in Investment, Treasury and Banking, and a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies degree.

Muiris has a demonstrated history of leading in senior executive accountable positions, in addition to being COO and interim CEO of WFBI, he was COO of a Wells Fargo aviation joint venture Avolon Capital Partners and Head of Origination and Director of Royal Bank of Scotland Finance (Ireland).

Muiris has over 10 years’ experience of being a director of multiple SPVs and has extensive board, governance, regulatory, legal, tax and finance experience.

As a structured finance professional, Muiris has executed many ESG and large cross border financing transactions transactions which also involved hedging of all interest rate and currency risks.

Muiris is skilled in the transformation of a fully regulated EU bank operating platform including all Governance aspects.

Jonathan McKeown

Jonathan McKeown is a co-founder of TopRiver Partners, is a Certified Investment Funds Director and holder of the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

Jonathan is an internationally experienced Financial Markets Risk expert, having held Regulator Approved Investment Advisory roles at Director level at some of the world’s leading global institutions

Jonathan brings a number of key attributes to a board including Fund Governance best practice, top-rated ESG credentials, Leadership, Derivatives, Risk and Investments expertise.

Jonathan has over 25 years Financial Markets Sales and Distribution experience, is a derivatives expert in both OTC and Exchange Traded Derivatives. Jonathan is a member of the Irish Funds Directors Association.

Jonathan is a seasoned leader, having led multiple high revenue teams across various regions. Jonathan has lengthy experience of working alongside C-Suite and Boards at UK FTSE listed Real Estate Investment Trusts, agri-funds, leading private equity firms and Ultra High Net Worth family offices.

Jonathan has led derivative transactions for RMBS and CMBS securitisations, Corporate Issuance and Asset-level hedging for Real Estate and Agri Funds.

Jonathan is an expert at identifying market risks to leading businesses by way of a thorough understanding of the business model and revenue drivers and has formulated risk management frameworks enabling Boards to make intelligent risk decisions

Gráinne Dooley

Gráinne is a partner in TopRiver, an INED with 25 years experience in asset management, investment banking and financial services. Her economics and portfolio management background positions her to understand the challenges asset owners and managers are facing in an era of climate risk, zero interest rates and the demand for a renewed social contract.

Gráinne is a CFA Charter holder & a  Certified Investment Fund Director. She is a member of the Irish Funds Directors Association and the Institute of Directors. She holds an MSc in Economics and a BA in Business and Economics.

Gráinne has a demonstrated history of taking investment risk – both as an active portfolio manager at Pioneer Investments and as chair of the Investment Committee overseeing the asset allocation of the Trinity Endowment Fund. She currently serves as the Non Exec Chair of a Dublin based AIFM.

Prior to starting her INED career, Gráinne spent 2 years as the COO of a London based start up Clearmacro, helping it secure a strategic funding to build out it’s platform for institutional investors. Before that she spent 11 years at Pioneer Investments in global fixed income investment with a focus on Asia and 6 years at UBS in London.
